Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies depending on whether or not the item is currently in stock. Please see each item's individual listing on Eva Glass Design’s Etsy shop for processing time estimates. Please note that Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Shipping costs

Eva Glass Design purchases are shipped by Royal Mail first class delivery, and Royal Mail first class signed for when the order is over £100. Free UK delivery is offered on most items, and other items are charged for according to weight. Please see each item's individual listing on Eva Glass Design’s Etsy shop for a shipping estimate.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Eva Glass Design is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Wholesale enquiries
